Kotagiri and Coonoor FPO Directors establishing their annual business plans for FY2526!

Taking charge of their different revenue streams and putting together basic action items for the year ahead. Input Stores, machinery leasing, output stores, tea production and retail. The Badaga farmers are a joy to work with. Polite, confident, very ambitious and daring to dream big. Walking the tough path of chemical free farming. Moving from core team farming to newer areas of tea production and retail marketing. 

Chief guest at a leading Engineering College in Dindigul. Drove from Coimbatore Sulur Palladam Dharapuram Oddanchatram Dindigul and back. Day trip 0600-1430. 

Great highway stretches beyond Sulur. Their School Of Computing is gearing up with an Incubation facility for Start Ups. 

Bright students, need encouragement. Principal and Faculty too are keen to assist the students in thinking big. 

Grateful for the opportunities to work with farmers, academia and students. 

Heard the story of a small tea shop ownernat Palladam, who stuck to his basics very diligently, moved up to establishing a much larger restaurant while retaining his original small kadai, now also owning a marriage hall ! Hard work,.strong values and discipline pays. Had strong tea there for ₹20/- 

Today is Baisakhi and Punjabi farmers celebrate their harvest bounty. 

Monday is Vishu and also Tamizha new year. New beginnings.
