Started the day by venturing into the kitchen and frying a big batch of Kandha (Onion) Pakodas in very little oil using a kuzhi paniyaaram pan. And then making a simple but hearty Kadhi for the Pakodas to dive into and combine as a Kadhi Pakoda to be enjoyed with fragrant rice and roasted papads!
Simple pleasures of life. Immensity of Life itself.
